Before you start
- No blockchain experience required. Boundless is built to feel like a normal web app.
Step 1: Create your account
Go to Boundless and sign up with your email and the sign-in method the app offers (e.g., password). You don’t need a wallet or seed phrase, Boundless manages your balance for you.You can log in and see your profile or dashboard.
Step 2: Your account and balance
Boundless abstracts wallets: the platform holds your balance (XLM and other supported assets) so you don’t need a separate wallet app or seed phrase. Payouts from bounties, grants, hackathons, or crowdfunding go to your Boundless balance. You can add funds or withdraw when the app supports it. Withdrawing your Stellar assets from Boundless (e.g., to an external wallet or, when available, to fiat) requires KYC. Boundless uses Didit for identity verification. If you’re only earning and holding a balance on the platform, you can skip KYC until you want to withdraw. See Complete KYC verification.Step 4: Pick your path
