TL;DR: Quick answers to the problems people hit most. If none of these solve it, contact support.

My payout hasn’t arrived

Payouts settle in USDC after the organizer releases funds, usually within about a minute. If it’s been longer:
  • Check that your identity is verified, withdrawals are gated by KYC.
  • Confirm the organizer has actually selected winners or approved the milestone; funds release only after that review step.
  • Check your wallet, earnings marked pending are still held in escrow until the opportunity completes.

My identity verification was declined

If verification is declined, abandoned, or expired, you can try again from Settings → Verification. Make sure your ID is clear and valid and that your details match. See Verify your identity.

I can’t apply to or submit a bounty

  • Taking part in a bounty costs Credits, check your balance and the bounty’s cost.
  • Some bounties require you to apply and be approved before you can submit.
  • Check the deadline, once it passes, submissions close.

I’m out of Credits

Credits refill on the 1st of each month based on your tier. You can also earn extra by completing your profile, connecting GitHub, or finishing your first opportunity. See Earn and spend Credits.

I can’t withdraw

Withdrawals require an approved identity verification and a positive balance. If the withdraw button is disabled, complete KYC first.

I can’t access my account

Reset your password from the sign-in screen. If you signed up with a social login, use the same provider. Still stuck? Contact support@boundlessfi.xyz.
