  • Set up your wallet and ensure you have XLM for prizes.
  • Define your event: theme, duration, tracks, and prize structure.

Steps

Create the event

Set the event name, dates, description, and rules. Define tracks or categories if applicable.

Set prizes

Define prize amounts and lock them in escrow. Specify how many winners and how prizes are split.

Configure judging

Set up the judging system: criteria, judges, and scoring method.

Optional: post-event milestones

If you want follow-up work (e.g., mainnet deployment, docs), configure post-event milestones.

Launch

Open registration and announce the hackathon. Manage submissions and judging until the event ends.
