What Spark is for
Spark helps prevent spam and low-quality applications on bounties. You spend Sparks when you:- Apply to bounties (often 1 Spark per application)
Spark is not used for hackathons, grants, or crowdfunding campaigns. Those use XLM or other payment methods; check the app for details.
Earning Sparks
You can earn Sparks by:- Completing bounties and getting approved
- Other rewards or promotions (see in-app or announcements)
Spending Sparks
- Applying to bounties: Many bounties require 1 Spark per application. You spend it when you click submit; if you’re not selected, your Spark may be returned when the bounty is resolved (check the bounty rules).
