# What is boundless

> **TL;DR:** Boundless is a Web3 collaboration platform where every payment is protected by on-chain escrow and every contribution builds your on-chain reputation.

**No blockchain experience? No problem.** [Boundless](https://www.boundlessfi.xyz) is designed to feel like a normal web app: sign up with email, the platform manages your balance (no wallet or seed phrase), and payments use escrow powered by Boundless's on-chain escrow.
