# Report a bug

> How to report bugs or security issues to Boundless.

Reporting bugs and security issues helps us improve Boundless for everyone.

## Non-security bugs

* Use the in-app feedback or support flow if available.
* Or [Contact us](/support/contact-us) with a clear description, steps to reproduce, and (if possible) screenshots or error messages.

## Security vulnerabilities

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability:

* **Do not** disclose it publicly before it’s addressed.
* Report it privately via the channel indicated in the Boundless app or website (e.g., a dedicated security email or form).
* Include steps to reproduce and impact, if you can describe them without exploiting the issue.

We will acknowledge receipt and work with you on next steps. We may recognize responsible disclosure in line with our policy.
